Elizabeth Shares

I am a sponge. I want to learn more about the business end of things, as I develop my ever evolving style. Last spring in Warrenton, I met Elizabeth. She was wearing an incredibly cute top. Hang on. Let me see if I can find a picture of her (and it).

Second from the right. Blond with great shirt. Did I lie? And isn't she the tall one?

Anywho, she has a blog. The Adventures of Elizabeth. I like it. For sure. But, I am here today, to tell you about a second blog that she writes. It is right up my alley in regard to that whole sponge thing. Talk about a mentor. She is willing and able. She shares her experiences and lessons learned. She is free with her information.

Elizabeth has a motto. It is to share. I wanted to keep her a secret. But, truth be known, I think every single one of us who are business minded will appreciate what she has to say. So, this is me, sharing. Without further adieu, check out Elizabeth House Shop Talk. You can thank me later.

Happy Thursday!
~Mindy

  6. Oh Mindy,

You are too funny and too generous :-) I just got your note and what a treat you are. First, I forgot about that top, and now I want to go dig it out, I haven't seen it for a good while....how in the hell does one lose a top past the age of six? Second, thank you so much for sharing "me." I laughed when I read your note to me. What nice things to read from your readers. I feel extremely blessed with this blogging community of wonderful women. What a great group to be a part of.

Thanks again for your generous spirit,
    Elizabeth

  7. Yep, I am a HUGE fan of Elizabeth's, too. I love Shop Talk also.
She has been the single biggest influence and inspiration as far as who I'd like to pattern myself after. I just think she's marvelous. She's *my* Martha Stewart. Heck, she's WAY better than Martha in my book! :-)

  9. Hi Mindy,
You have been very busy my dear...I love your shelves and chair in place of your tree. The shape of that little chair is so cute.
Robelyn's design on that Hog bag is really pretty, I see why you fell in love with it, and thanks to you, we now know how to pronounce her name.
Now I am off to check out the new blog. Have a great weekend!

  10. I told y'all the top was great, didn't I? Now, you trust my judgement, don't ya? And her blog? I'm glad some of you knew her and now more of you do. After all, if the lady sits down and encourages us to grab wine, she is opening up. She gives her time and her ideas. And yes, if I were that tall, I'd want the top for me. But, she rocks in it. Now, if only she can find it! Happy Day! ~Mindy
