That was Fun!

Most of you know I have lived, breathed and eaten Christmas Open Houses the last two weekends. The first was at Winnie & Tulula's. Click here to view David's pictures if you haven't seen them yet. That was one fun party with lots of fun people, let me tell ya.

Yesterday, we enjoyed Primitiques' Open House. David's pictures haven't been uploaded yet, but I can't wait to share them with you! He took lots of pics of all of our guests. Talk about Who's Who Among Primitiques Shoppers! Here are the pictures I took before the event in Poetry. You'll see that it snowed and the birds flew in after some of the pics were taken. You can bet there are some holes left now that some shoppers came through. Whew! Good times, I tell ya!

If you weren't able to stop by, no fear. We are open Monday -Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm and on Saturdays 8:30am - 3:00pm. Holler if you are coming and I'll try to be there. I can usually meet folks in the mornings.

I'm still not sure why the cat isn't at my house right now... or the chair in the corner by the refrigerator...or the...(my list is long - dang, gonna have to go back.) And yes dear Six - there was some eggnog involved hee-hee

Confession... I re-arranged stuff in my refrigerator, dropped the butter tub in a better bowl, etc. etc. 'cause of your refrigerator display...what the heck are you doing to me?!!?

  8. Another fab event I have to read about instead of experience firsthand. Life can be so unfair! :-(
Glad it was all you had hoped!

  9. Sounds like fun was had by all! Wish I could have been there! Oh, and just had to tell ya, I tried some eggnog for the first time in years to give it another shot and guess what? I loved it! Shame on me for giving it the cold shoulder all these years...but after hearing all your eggnog talk I just had to, and I am so glad I did! Now, all I need to do is get my butt over there so we can share a glass together! :)

  10. Makes me want to load up Dumbo (the rv) and move to Texas! I'm thinking we better plan a road trip. Everything looks so beautiful, hope you get time for a little break, you deserve it!

I smile when I see each new comment. Ideas, acknowledgements, sharing. Your words are always appreciated. Thank you!
